CrossFit Kids & Teens
For the kids from 4 to 11 years old we offer specific CrossFit kids classes that are provided by coaches certified as CrossFit Kids Coach. Our kids class is a CrossFit program specially designed for children and the specific development needs of children. It allows children to move more, build their self-esteem, learn to work together through teamwork and have a lot of fun! The children work on ground motor skills, sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, listening skills, self-discipline and manners. You notice that the children develop more self-confidence which translates itself positively into daily life.
For the kids aged 12 to 18yo, we offer specific teens classes. During these classes the teens are coached the different CrossFit techniques that are then applied in a workout. During this class, the childish, playful way of learning will be discontinued and the technique will be coached in a more structured set up.
Transition from kids to teens
If you want to your child to switch from the kids class to the teens class, we advise you to talk this through with the kids coach because every child is different and has different needs. The age is not the determining factor but what’s the best choice for the progress of your child and what your child needs at that moment. Of course, we also listen to the needs of your child.
