At CrossFit Bink 36, you’ll learn to train with variety, intensity, and solid technique. Our CrossFit classes are designed for everyone — from absolute beginners to experienced athletes.

Fundamentals

In CrossFit, technique comes first. That’s why new athletes at CrossFit Bink 36 start with a Fundamentals course. In these sessions, you’ll learn the foundational techniques of key CrossFit movements. Each session ends with a short workout that’s lighter than a regular WoD and prepares you for training at higher intensity.

Working together in a group helps you connect with others and push your limits in a supportive environment. After completing 10 Fundamentals classes, you’ll be fully prepared to join regular CrossFit workouts (WoDs).

WoD – Workout of the Day

The Workout of the Day (WoD) begins with a structured warm-up, followed by practicing one or more specific skills. These are then incorporated into a high-intensity, functional workout. Each session is coached and guided, and although everyone does the same workout, it is always scaled to your own level and pace.

After class, you’ll feel stronger, fitter, and accomplished.

Olympic Lifting Class

This class focuses on barbell technique, specifically the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Olympic lifting is a highly technical sport that requires strength, flexibility, explosiveness, and coordination — making it perfect for those who love precision and challenge.

The skills learned here will improve your efficiency and performance in regular CrossFit workouts.

Oly Lifting Basics Class

In this class, we teach the fundamental techniques of Olympic lifts like the snatch and clean & jerk, with a focus on mastering the basics. Unlike the full Oly class, we don’t perform complex combinations but build a solid foundation for safe and effective lifting.

Gymnastics Class

This session focuses on building gymnastics skills like pull-ups, toes-to-bar, handstand walks, bar muscle-ups, and ring muscle-ups. You’ll work on both foundational and advanced skills so that everyone — regardless of level — can make progress.

MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning)

MetCon classes aim to build your aerobic capacity and stamina. Expect longer workouts or repeated AMRAPs (as many reps/rounds as possible), with planned rest intervals. You'll also learn how to pace yourself effectively, which directly benefits your performance in WoDs.

Functional Bodybuilding

In this class, we focus on building muscular strength and balance. You’ll perform compound lifts like squats, bench presses, and deadlifts, often combined with strength accessories and power-based workouts. A great way to develop both form and function.

Open Gym

During Open Gym hours, you can train independently — whether to practice skills or complete a WoD. Open Gym access must be approved by a coach beforehand. At CrossFit Bink 36, quality, safety, and technique always come first, whether you're training solo or in a class.
